General Remodeling
Leo took over 9 months just to complete the framing on our house. He bid the entire job to take 5 months to complete. After this was finished we decided to get rid of him and hire a new general to take over the rest of the job. Upon hiring the new GC, we learned that the old framing was done poorly and a lot of fixing work was required to make walls straight for drywallers, and floor level with our existing house. Even the inspector was complaining that he had to constantly remind Leo to fix his mistakes to pass inspection.
