Description of Work: Our relatively new dishwasher wasn't draining so we called Ken. He is the only appliance repair guy on the coast, so we had to get in his queue. He us up front that he charges 100 to show up. He was able to get our dishwasher repaired in about an hour. We are pleased with his service.

+ 0 moreckThis company charged 130 dollars as a fee for showing up, gave no estimate for fixing my freezer and had me help with the repair. when he did fix the problem he left a total bill of 327.00 with my wife and left the freezer still needing to be put back together by me. the fix was a 62 dollar part that simply unplugs and plugs back in. This is totally unprofessional and being that the owner of the company did the work it goes along way for what his company will do for you. NEVER AGAIN. The unit is over 10 years old I could have got a new freezer for just a bit more.
