They don't clean it here. They just come and pick them up. They take them back to the store, clean them and drop them back off. They did a good job. The guy came out when I called him. He showed up, and picked up the rugs. He provided education on what I should clean. He actually told me not to clean that rug ad it was fine. I felt that he was being honest with me trying not to clean every rug in my house to make more money. I got a very trustworthy sense from him. I like the fact that he came to my house to pick the rugs. He was very flexible. The price was not super cheap, but it was not outrageously expensive.

The job was satisfactory and was fine. They were professional and the quality of work was good. I will use them again in the future.I did not compare pricing but I thought the price was fair in relation to the work they provided.

They answwered the phone right away and were very flexible about making pick up arrangements for the rug -- working around my tenants schedule and being willing to pick up and drop off after 6 and on Saturday mornings. The rug came back within a week -- beautifully done.
