Time Masters Clocks Watches was very candid in dealing with the difficulties of an old German clock. I thought he was honest at the offset, you don't know what you are getting in to. He gave me a realistic date and he stuck by that date, he gave me a warranty and I actually used the warranty and took the clock back to him a month before the warranty was due and he told me that when you let the clock wind down like that, you have to use this little trick to start it back up again, he started it back up and didn't charge me for it. . He gave me a price and stuck to the price and he gave me a warranty and stuck to the warranty.

He was awesome. He let me watch the battery replacement and so I could see him at work and could see his attention to detail. His price was really fair. His turnaround time I thought was really phenomenal. He is a true craftsman. I would use him again in the future.
