It is a small operation. He does all of the work, occasionally calling in sub-contractors. He has always been responsive to me. I have always been satisfied with his service. I will definitely continue to call him back in the future.

BOB CAME OUT AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN BOTH REVIEWING THE SYSTEM AND PERFORMING A SYSTEM CHECK. HE ADJUSTED THE THERMOSTAT AND REVIEWED HOW TO PROGRAM THEM AS WELL.
