Pete worked long hours supervising the various crews and maintaining quality and safety on the job, as well as working effectively with the manufacturer of the defective windows to negotiate a settlement on the replacements. He also informed the neighbors in advance of the work to avoid questions. This company always notified us when there were unexpected discoveries and offered discounts on additional work we wanted done, keeping the budget in check (very much appreciated on this expensive undertaking!) The work area was kept clean and safe and the workers were well-mannered and careful while working inside. The quality of the work was excellent, all our final concerns were addressed promptly. Pete is a problem solver and a trustworthy business person. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend Pete to anyone wanting a quality renovation job!
