 + -1 moreStein was professional and extremely informative regarding his work. He made reasonably priced recommendations regarding major work that must be done in the coming years to our 1928 Steinway grand piano.
Description of Work: Preliminary tuning = $100.00 per phone conversation, follow-up refined tuning, 2 wks later (including fluffing out hammers)-$500.00 (about 6 hrs. of work).

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED WHAT IT WAS THEY WERE DOING AS THEY DID IT. THEY ADVISED US AS TO HOW TO CARE FOR THE PIANO AND SUGGESTED AN ANNUAL CLEANING. THEY SEND OUT REMINDER CARDS.
Description of Work: ISRAEL STEIN CAME OUT TO TUNE AND CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE PIANO. THEY CLEANED THE KEYS.
