They came out and gave me an estimate, and put it all back together again, and brought the part and installed the part. After they repaired it, I still had the leak, I called them, and they came out to repair it, and it turned out to not an issue. Their work is guaranteed for 90 days. The trouble is I was hoping to get them to give me an annual service agreement, and they took a long time to get back in touch, and it came out to be $150.00 a year, and to come out and service it it would be a whole lot less. They are not a real strong private residence company. They were applied to me by an appliance store. I believe that AST makes their living being a service provider for appliance store warranties and the like. They are a contractor for someone else. On an individual household to household basis, I don't think they know how to do that. I called them last week, and asked for an estimate and they said they would call me right back, and I have not heard back from them. One guy came out and didn't have a partner, and asked my wife to help him move the dryer out with him.
