I have been satisfied.

Repair went fine, but I was not given a correct estimate of repair costs. However, it was indicated on the repair order that I was given the estimate. The service writer misrepresented the facts.

There was no arguing, they looked to see what problems my car had, and they fixed it properly. It was a nice experience. I think they are honest which I think is number one for any providers. They did the work they said they would do, they did it competently, and they did it on time. One time it took them longer then they thought it would take and they took me home and picked me up.

Jason was impressively responsive, helpful, considerate, timely, and pleasant. He was patient with my process and was unfailingly pleased to see me even when i had come back for the seventh time without making a decision. He met my price (carsdirect.com) and my car arrived as scheduled with all the extras i ordered. Since then, he has checked in to see if i had any questions/issues - I didn't. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again. I know their service department has not been rated as stellar. Both the owner, John Nakamura, and Jason are aware of the issues and said they are working hard to improve service. Based on the reliability and quality of the information they have given me so far, I believe that to be true.

They were very good. Their prices are quite high as they are dealers. They have extended hours and compared to other dealers they were not that expensive. They have a good reputation. They are very efficient. Everything is computerized. They have good mechanics. I was satisfied with them.

They are very accommodating and their pick up hours are late, which is convenient. Their appointment scheduling is very efficient. They have always delivered my car on time. The quality of their work is very good and I have been very satisfied with their service.

They got me in quickly. They gave me a thorough estimate, which was very accurate. They provided a shuttle to get me to public transportation. They are very customer service oriented. They explain things to me very carefully. They were very honest.

First of all, I am a picky consumer. For many years I avoided the "Dealership Service" with the idea that you could get a better deal at a local garage. My new outlook is that the dollar savings don't add up to the service, knowledge, and courtesy you can receive from a well run dealership center. Albany Ford is a well run organization. They move you through the process a quickly and thoroughly as possible and provide transportation and even a rental car when you have a major service performed. The service associates are knowledgeable and give you confidence with the process. This is my third time dealing with them for my major service needs (I do get regular oil changes elsewhere as well as brake service at another location) and I cannot say enough about their professionalism and work. Any Ford or Subaru owners would do well to check out their service center. The rates are also very competitive if you really study them. Big bonus: They are open until Midnight.

I think the best thing about this company is the fact that they are open late, so you can schedule an appointment at nine o'clock at night and they will do the work. I think this is really convenient for working professionals and a great service to offer. Our pickup truck has four wheel drive, so the price for the tire rotation and balancing was more than what a normal car would be. We thought the price was very reasonable though and we will definitely be using them again.

The young salesman was informed, the selection was sufficient and bargaining was not too painful. Prices matched price ranges quoted by Consumer Reports. I purchased my car from him the next day. I find the car buying experience too pressured, fast and have never been to a car sales lot, that I would rate as excellent.

I keep wanting to like this repair shop. They have great hours (7am- midnight) and will drive you to or from home to get your car. But they just keep screwing up. And since they are not cheap, I keep expecting them to be more professional. Like returning the car when they say they will. Or, just one time, not finding another two thousand dollars worth of work that they say I need to do right away. I keep bringing my car back to them every once in a while seduced by their good hours, but each time their mediocre service and high prices remind me to stay away from them.
