They sealed all the holes in the house where they could come through. They also laid a few traps. They were great. 

I hope I don't need them again, but would use them if needed.

It is a two year warranty where they will come out and capture any rodents. They are reliable and professional. They are extremely honest and prompt. I would recommend them.

They were very good and helpful and we liked them lot. They were thorough and willing to work with us. They told us what to do as we didn't want to trap the rats. Their price was good as well.

They were great.  For $500 they will come out and seal up everything and you will have them for 2 years.  For the first infestation that I had he came out with traps three or four times.  In December I thought I had another one in the garage and sure enough a rat had eaten its way so he came back.  The $500 was really big but the fact that you have him at your beck and call for two years and you don’t have to worry if they are real or not because they would come and check.  They are fantastic.  They are very conscientious, friendly and effective.  They are worth the peace of mind.  They were in my area and were willing to come.  I never had to do this before, but to have a two year contract with them it is worth it.  When I hear a rat I want it cleared the next day but it does taken them a little longer since they are very busy.  Sometimes you may have to wait 10 days or a week.

Their price is decent and they are located close by.  I would use them again in the future.

I was so glad I called Rat Patrol. Garland and Teresa are professional and very nice people.  Garland accommodated my work schedule on his first and return visits.  He fully explained what was going on, why it was happening, what he would be doing to eliminate the rat problem in our attic, and what I could do to help keep the rats away.  The very first night after his visit I heard a little scratching and then nothing after that - I didn't realize how stressed out I was getting from hearing that scratching in the den ceiling until it was gone!  With the two year warranty that goes with this service it was totally worth the price.  I highly recommend the Rat Patrol!

He was very good and very professional.  He provides a nice warranty.  He specializes in pests and not on insects.  He is the guy we would call if we have any problems.  

It went okay.  It took them awhile to get out here but he was pretty good when he was here.  He knew what to do, but it took awhile to get him out here to get it done.

He is very good and pleasant. We had another exterminator came out whose primary method of dealing with rats was not good and we were sort of trapping them ourselves. We didn't know too much about how to deal with rats. Within a year the rat problem was back again. Rat Patrol guys did a great job and they basically came out and told us the deal. He told us that, in order to keep rats out of your house you have to find out how they are getting in and that we needed to stop those holes. That's what they did, they found the wholes, used a kind of a form that expands and sprayed liquid into the holes to close the holes out. He was willing to go anywhere in the crawl space and did all the yucky stuff for us. He really searched the whole place out and figured out where the rats were getting in from. He also knew what kind of rats they were and the ones in our house was called roof rats. He also searched for a while to determine whether any other kind of animal was causing part of the problem and it was clear to me that he knew his stuff. He was very professional, kind and ordinary. He spent a fair amount of time just talking to us about what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He came back three times to check his traps and to make sure he was satisfied that he had eliminated all the rats in the house. He has a deal, where if you want him to he will guarantee his work for three years and if you call him anytime to come back and clean it up for two years. You can call him anytime. We had two providers come and one of them said that we didn't have rats and the other guy was killing rats by live trapping them and get them in a little bag. We have already recommended them to other people.

Garland is a true professional and does his job well. He described his services, gave an estimate, and completed the work as contracted. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would hire him again.

We have 2 dogs, so he does not use any poison and makes sure that they can?t get it into the house. They replaced the sewer outside a block or so away from us and it seemed to have dislodged a lot of them. He is really nice and I think that they give you a year?s warranty. He uses hard foam and fills all the cracks, so they can?t get into the house and he uses traps. He obviously is a dog person and does not believe in using poison. The last time we used him it was under the warranty, so we did not pay anything, but I would definitely say it is reasonable. He is just a really pleasant person and would recommend him. I think he also traps raccoons, so it is not just rats.

He was professional and polite and knowledgeable. He knew well what he was doing. Once I called him, the call was returned in a good timeframe and an appointment was made a few weeks out. He seems very busy. The follow-up visit was handled well. He missed an appointment for the second follow-up and didn't respond to my call initially. He was apologetic about that when I called again the next week and came by promptly.
