They came within a day and took the the old mirrors away and replaced them with very nice mirrors. I thought their work was kind of pricey.

I called the Glass Man at 8:30 this morning to replace a section of my window that was cracked. By noon Jamie had the old piece removed and the new section in. The work is done perfectly, Jamie was awesome, as was the guy I spoke with on the phone. I chose The Glass Man because they had good Angie's List reviews and are locally-based in Alameda where I live. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would be happy to work with them again in the future. Thank you!

I had a good immediate rapport with the office. Very personable and helpful. The service men who came to the house were very helpful and appreciated the unique circumstances of the project. I would highly recomend this company.

They were very prompt and they did it on my schedule. They did a great job on that. They also installed custom mirrors for me before that. They were very large custom mirrors. They measured and then came back and installed it when the mirrors were ready. They look great. The workers were very professional. I was very impressed with the work they did on the mirrors in particular. They did it in a couple of hours though it was a very tricky job.

A little history, the door has been dragging on the frame for two years and slowly getting worse. I had five handymen and numerous calls to Milgard and their local representatives to get the door fixed, but no representative wanted to fix it, just sell me a new one. And the Handymen were just beyond their expertise, no fault of their own, but just reality. The glassman took one look and said I can fix this, but I need two guys to move everything, so I was given a higher estimate, but given the work it did make sense to have two guys (maybe that's the reason the handyman failed, they were all solo workers). Overall, they came in and got everything done in less than an hour, came in on-quote and faster than they estimated. Great job and very honest replies to all my questions.
