Take Air was very professional at all times. I appreciated that they allowed me to inspect each step in the process before continuing to
the next step

They did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and were respectful with the work place by keeping it clean. The prices were reasonable and the workers were diligent. They came out for an estimate and gave us a discount by paying cash for immediate service.

They said that they couldn't give an estimate until they did an evaluation. I am sure that the pictures he showed me were, in fact, my attic. But they said that they couldn't do the deal that I'd purchased for $149 because of the situation in my attic. This seemed like a complete bait-and-switch operation. The representative was very nice and not at all high pressure. They wanted to remove all old insulation and damage from rats, seal up the holes, treat with rat repellent and blow in new insulation. I approved the work they outlined. They did the work, showing me pictures of the finished product. I am still unsure if they sealed my ducts, which is concerning since they blew in loose fiberglass. They seemed a little skittish about giving me the product information that they were using, but they did tell me. After they left, I wanted the specific brand and company manufacturing info, which they said they'd mail to me. They never have sent that to me.
