OMPP INC DBA CLAUSEN-PATTEN PLUMBING

I have been using them for several years. They are excellent. They arrived very promptly. They were very efficient. They did the properly. They cleaned up after themselves.

They came, checked several items on my list, one job that would be a big one they said that I could do without it. They fixed the running water in the toilet, but then the next day it wouldn't fill up with water. Then they came out again and fixed it. And then it was fine and it works properly now.

I was given a time slot of between 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Frank came just before 11:00 a.m. and worked for the next two hours replacing the faucets. At no time did he provide me a written cost estimate or a bill upon completion of the work. I knew that the work would take about two hours however I was suprised that they charged me $125 per hour for labor! Besides a few scratches on the kitchen tile, the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Clausen did absolutely marvelous with this job. However, they do not have an emergency number, so if you are desperate on a weekend, you are out of luck. They are just fantastic and I have never had a bad experience with them at all. I have referred to friends who also use them as well. I am not sure about price, but, they are not the cheapest. However, the work they do is great.

They did OK and everything worked out really good. They fixed the problem and everything. I do not recall pricing. I did have a good experience, but, I am not to sure if I would use them again. My condo association actually uses someone else so I don't know. They are pretty straight forward and everything.

They were very good and they arrived on time for the appointment. They were prompt in getting the job done as well. They even tried doing some problem solving for another job, but they were unable to do that type of work.

Absolutely great company! Nice folks, examined problem, determined they could not fix (it is a tile problem not a plumbing problem) and suggested solutions. The estimate was free - they will certainly get the replacement job on our water heater next year.

WE RECENTLY HAD OUR TOILET BACK UP AND MAKE QUITE A MESS IN OUR BASEMENT, THEY CAME OUT AND HAD EVERYTHING FIXED AND CLEANED UP IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD AND I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED VERY PROMPT. AS A CUSTOMER, I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH THE LEAK YET.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY & THEY DO VERY PROFESSIONAL WORK. THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY LEFT THE AREA NEAT & CLEAN, & I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER THIRTY FIVE YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ON THEM. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND THE SERVICES WERE DONE TO PERFECTION.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS FANTASTIC. THE WORKERS WERE EFFICIENT & CONFIDENT. THE UNTIDINESS WAS CLEANED UP. AS A CUSTOMER, I WAS TREATED WITH DIGNITY & RESPECT.

I HAD THEM COME OUT TO REPAIR THE FAUCET THAT ANOTHER PLUMBER WAS NOT ABLE TO BECAUSE HE'D NEVER HEARD OF THE BRAND. CLAUSEN PATTEN KNEW EXACTLY WHAT BRAND IT WAS AND HOW TO FIX IT, THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.

THEY ARE VERY NICE. THIS COMPANY HAS FIXED ALL MY PLUMBING PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST. WHEN THEY VISIT MY HOME THEY ALWAYS ASK IS THEIR ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO TO FURTHER ASSIST ME!

THE JOB WAS DONE AS PRESCRIBED. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY UNEXPECTED SURPRISES. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE PROPERTY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME WHEN WE CALLED, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

WE HAD VERY GOOD RESULTS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON EVERYTHING, AND WERE VERY CREATIVE IN FINDING A FAUCET THAT WOULD LOOK GOOD IN OUR SINK WHICH IS VERY OLD.

THE COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME & DO THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE WORK IS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.
