+ -1 moreAs first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better realtor. She knows the East Bay inside and out and works hard for her clients. We had been told by another agent that we would not be able to find a home in our price range in Alameda, but Karen found some wonderful homes for us, including the one that we purchased. Karen is the utmost professional - always responsive, always punctual, always follows through. It is rare to find someone with her negociation skills, level of organization (invaluable when you get into contract and the paperwork is flying) and depth of knowledge related to real estate laws and contracts. On top of all that, she is a really nice person!
Description of Work: Bought a new home and income property. Navigated short-sale process.
