Bonafide Plumbing is very professional. From scheduling the appointment to the actual work, they were responsive and professional. They called to say they were running late before the appointment and they showed up when they said they would. I totally recommend Bonafide Plumbing and am happy to have someone I know will do the job well.

They were incredible. His price is reasonable. He was fast and showed up on the particular day, he's there. Actually, the first time I called him he showed up within about twenty minutes...he came like immediately. The pipe was leaking on my floor and water line of my fridge....he is awesome. I'm not saying that everybody will get that deal but it happened to me. I actually referred him to a couple of people too.

As my regular plumber and i had issues connecting for replacement of my poorly functioning toilet (kept leaking) i contacted Ed of Bonafide Plumbing on Monday. He arranged to come to my home Thurs morning @ 9. He showed up a few minutes early which i appreciated, came in and assessed the situation then got right down to replacing the toilet. He agreed that the dual flush model i had was problematic and that the Toto would be an excellent unit. He needed to do some minor repairs to the flange (which he did NOT charge me for- BONUS!!!) and afterwards explained some of the background of the Toto toilets (history, testing parameters, etc.). I felt his workmanship and attitude were excellent and will most decidedly call him back for any future plumbing work i need to have done.

Ed is an excellent workman. A prince of plumbers. A gentleman. He arrives on time. Works quickly and efficiently. And charges fairly. I recommend 100%

Fantastic experience. Ed is a true professional and very pleasant to deal with. The day he came to my house he called to tell me he was on his way. He then hit traffic and called back to tell me he'd be a bit late. He got there about 5 minutes late. I was very impressed that he called (seems rare with companies these days) in the first place, and more impressed that he updated me even though he was well within the window that I consider on-time. He explained his proposal very clearly. It involved taking the pump to a place that rebuilds pump motors. That took about 2 hours, for which he did NOT charge me. He only charged for the time he was actually at my house working. The pump is now MUCH quieter and runs much less frequently, which were my two goals for the project. I will not hesitate to recommend Bonafide Plumbing to anyone who asks for a good plumber.

The toilet in the master bath kept stopping up and overflowing. We had turned off the water and unplugged the toilet. I had not used Edward before and when I called, he responded as quickly as his schedule allowed. He told me when he thought he would be finished but ended up finishing earlier. He called and came right over. He checked and "snaked" all the lines, took the toilet off and resealed it, replaced the handle and flap in the tank. I also had him repair the faucet in the bath/shower which another plumber told us couldn't be done without taking out the marble backing. He also replaced a drain and toilet handle in another bathroom. He was very personable and explained what and why he was doing it as he went. He was very careful of the house when carrying the toilet in and out and everything was back where it belonged and spotless when he left. He left with the guarantee that he would be back if anything went wrong with what he had worked on. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

An old leaky and constantly running toilet needed immediate help because the ceiling directly beneath had become damp and moldy. I called some other people who were booked and could not come quickly, but Eddie was available right away. He was totally accommodating of my schedule, always polite, and extremely easy to work with. Eddie also helped me find the perfect replacement toilet, and was extremely careful not to scratch my walls when navigating the old and new commodes through my narrow stairway. And he charged me his cost for the new toilet, which made it really affordable. He'll be the only person I call the next time I need any plumbing services.
