All the rugs were cleaned beautifully except two that had cat urine. While these 2 were cleaned, Bonadonas was not successful in removing the cat urine. We could not use these 2 again.

They arrived on time, quickly (less than 1 hour) removed all stains and dirt on carpets in a professional and effective manner.

These guys are great. Responsive to calls, gives a good price (not cheap) and quality work. I'm going to hire them again this Thursday. I have about 3 large area rugs, 2 med, some small hallway area rugs. They come in clean - it's fast drying and last for a good 6 months (I have pets and a teen).

The cleaning used industrial strength cleaners, but they were perfect for what we needed. Once the cleaning was done the carpet had removed 90% of the color and odor after 2 other previous cleaners were not able to make more than a 5-10% improvement previously.
