They did some repairs for us. We've used them before.  We highly recommend them.

I spent weeks corresponding with the Office Manager trying to schedule someone to come out for a fee estimate. I spent time sending drawings, emails, follow-up phone calls and the company at the end of the day did not seem very interested in doing business with us. They are very poor customer service and lack responsiveness in a timely manner. I often wonder how companies who run their businesses this way actually are still in business...go figure, I never worked so hard to try and hire someone to pay them to do a job.

We use Weber for all of our plumbing needs. They aren't the absolute cheapest, but they are competitively priced and we trust them. We'd rather spend a little bit more $ and have a relationship with a plumber we can trust to do such important work in our house. When they installed our tankless heater (which involved running a new gas line around the house), a manager showed up 1/2 way through to inspect their work. He had them redo things that weren't up to his standards, things which when he explained we appreciated but would never have caught on our own. Considering the amount of damage that improper plumbing can cause, we will never go anyplace else for plumbing work.

We have found Weber Plumbing to be consistently good at what they do. The fellows are professional and friendly.

It costs what they said it would cost. They sent us a schedule of what they were going to do daily, and followed it. They did use subcontractors that were all excellent, and we were very happy with the experience.

Excellent. As promised, on time, looked over the problems, fixed. Sent the bill.

He has always been very helpful and in a pinch I can always call and get help. His prices were reasonable. He is very personable and his staff in the office was very helpful.

They have done many jobs for us. The largest was replacing the sewer line. They helped us through the process. Very professional. Lately they fixed our leaky faucets.

All went well and painlessly. They keep on top of their work.

Had some problems with thermostat on furnace but they came out several times to replace and then to adjust.

They said sometimes they get batches of bad parts so we had to replace them all. They were brand new but they all cracked. We didn't call them back. Fortunately we caught it in time because it would have done tremendous water damage to the house. It was defective parts and I don't know if they are aware of that batch. They were on time and they seemed to work right but unfortunately all the parts they used were defective. He came and did the work properly but they were defective. We would probably not use them again but they were local.

A T Weber Plumbing and Mechanical Services In. Company did a good job. We are happy with their services. They are reliable. Their prices are reasonable. They had also replaced a water heater for us in the past. The workers are really friendly. I've had no problems with them. I would use them again in the future.

The installer showed up about 50 minutes late, without having called. He apologized and said his previous stop had taken longer than expected. His installation was so fast that he was finished about when I would have expected had he arrived per the schedule. He was personable and professional and I was very satisfied with the overall result.

Seamless. The person was very courteous, professional and did a clean job.

They noticed the cap was missing while they were doing some other work for me so they went back and fixed it. I've called them to do work 3 times now in a short amount of time.

I went into their business on a Monday, wanting to purchase 2 toilets and have them installed. I asked for some recommendations to fit my requirements for a new low-flow toilet. They were so helpful by explaining the different options and choices, and I felt very confident about the brand and model that I selected. The appointment was set-up for the coming Friday (they were very accommodating to my schedule). The installer arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and very nice, and he finished the installation very quickly. He cleaned up perfectly, and made sure everything was working fine. I am so happy with A.T.Weber and their excellent service and the great product they helped me select.

The service technician was on time. Unknown to me when I made the appointment, the company is an authorized warranty repair service for my water heater manufacturer, Bradford White, so before coming out they checked to see if it was under warranty. They technician was very knowledgeable about the unit and identified the problem right away. He didn't have the regulator but was able to get it and return in two hours. Great service. My water heater heats water faster than I've experienced in a few years.

Update: I once again experienced a problem with my water heater heating properly. Since my waterheater is electric I thought it may be one of the elements. AT Weber requested that I send a couple of pics to them so they could research it prior to coming out. I also needed a new canister for my power flush toilet. AT Weber came out and changed the canister and turned up the temp on my water heater. The technician advised that since my water heater was getting old I should expect to replace it in the next year but would simply turn up the temp for now. An hour after he left I discovered my water heater was making noises that sounded like the water was boiling. I checked the water at the tap and found it to be scalding hot. I ended up turning down the water temp myself.
A week later I received a bill for $203.00 with a simple description of water heater adjustment and Flushmate canister. No itemization of the bill with travel labor cost...nothing. I was not given an estimate prior to service but at the time I figured that the price was going to be similar to what I had previously which was $68.00 and at that time they even replaced the water heat regulator.
In no way do I feel that $203.00 in services were performed. I was so dissapointed. I thought about calling them to discuss the bill but I just paid. Unfortunately AT Weber does not seem to be the same company that I experienced back in 2008. Live and learn. I will be shopping for a new Angies List provider in the future.

I remain hopeful that others have a better experience.

Requested an estimate for replacement of galvanized piping and setup an appointment for Mon March 23 09 between 10-12PM. Company was a no-show. Did not get any calls or any explanations. I had agreed to $65 for the estimate. Then in October I get a collections letter for $265. Apparently AT Weber plumbing had sent $65 that I agreed as an estimate to a collections agency. So first of all they're a no-show, secondly I never got the estimate, third I didn't even get an invoice, fourth there was no calls or explanations or other communication except for the collection letter. I would avoid this company as much as possible. (By the way, I called the company after receiving the collections letter explaining that they did not show for appointment and saying that I never did get an estimate and Jason Fifty (Manager) said there is nothing he can do.)

He found something that no one else could find. I was pretty happy about that.
