Furniture Cleaning
MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ARROWS CHEM DRY WAS OKAY. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE A COUPLE OF SPOTS ON THE COUCH. I ALSO HAD TO CALL THEM OUT A SECOND TIME TO CORRECT SOME AREAS ON THE SOFA THAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY CLEANED AND IT LEFT WATER SPOTS. THEY DID COME OUT A SECOND TIME, AT NO CHARGE, AND WENT OVER THE PROBLEM AREAS WHICH WERE NEVER COMPLETELY CORRECTED.

Carpet Cleaning
I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FROM THE TIME I CALLED THEM FOR AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO THE OWNER, AND HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE, AND GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE THAT THE TECHNICIAN HONORED WHEN HE CAME. THEY WERE LATE THE FIRST TIME (NOT WITHIN THE TIME WINDOW THAT THEY GAVE US), BUT I WAS CALLED AND TOLD OF THE DELAY AHEAD OF TIME. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
