We had our apartment inspected for mold. The technician was very knowledgeable and we had no idea that moisture caused mold. We thought we had seasonal allergies, but never made a correlation to mold. The technician found a leaky pipe behind our shower head using a fancy moisture meter and infrared camera. We took a few samples and found high mold counts in our master shower and bedroom as well as hallway bathroom. Since then we fixed the problems and our allergies have gone away. Very grateful for this service and Highly Recommended!!!!

This was my first time doing a mold inspection and I’m so glad I got the chance to work with Andrew. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process from mold testing to end results really seamless. He even with the extra mile to have a follow-up phone call with me to review the results and best options for mold remediation and next steps after (I learned mold remediation is with separate companies so he also wasn’t gaining any extra business from helping me - just doing it out of kindness). It’s evident he really cares about his customers and their well-being. I give him my highest recommendation for anyone looking to get a mold test if they suspect presence of mold or just to have peace of mind. Thanks so much Andrew!
