We are a medium sized organic house cleaning carpet cleaning and much much more service, owned by a local single mom 12 years. my house keepers are mostly single moms from the bay area who are dedicated to making a difference in you lives. we offer a wide range of services in order to create security in your home.

I bought a coupon from Angie's list for $60 (I think) for what I thought was 3 hours of cleaning. When I called to make the appointment, the company told me that meant two people for 1.5 hours, and if I wanted more time, I'd have to pay $35/hr. On the good side, the folks who came were friendly and did what I asked, but of course they didn't finish in 1.5 hours. Even with an extra $35, they didn't get around to mopping the kitchen floor or dusting the baseboards. I found out that they were contractors, and I could have hired them directly for less. I will now go back to hiring people directly rather than go through a company. Also, I think the coupon deal was deceptive.

She was excellent in dehoarding my home. As far as coming and getting rid of lot of stuff that I want to hold onto, she was excellent. She deserved everything for the work she did. She had her other people do the house cleaning. As far as regular maintenance and house cleaning, I would go with someone else. I wasn't really happy with what they were doing. They didn't clean well. They didn't get underneath my bed. They cleaned up for me the way the teenager would; so that they could get their allowance and run outside. They were not at all thorough.

when a company wants to do professional business, the professionalism starts with the telephone and a welcoming voice. that didn't happen with this company. i didn't feel my business was important to the people i spoke with on the phone. was happy with sarah and henry's work. they were very nice and worked very hard. thank you to them.

We prefer to do business over the phone as we are hardly ever in the office we are out in the field cleaning houses, it is hard to get back to people via email and give them a prompt response, it it true we are some times in areas where service id poor I do my best always to communicate well and be up beat. I did have a surgery In April and was a bit more behind in promptness and personality I am so pleased you liked Henry and Sara they are hard workers and and take much pride in what they do. I know it can be confusing for people who are not employers the hours worked are man hours if they are in your home 2 hours each that is for hours and that is what they were paid for. They were very nice. They brought their own supplies and did what they said they would. They were very easy to schedule and worked efficiently. They had a special offer, where they did three hours of work for $60; the price was half of whatever their regular fee was. They did try to encourage me to give them more work at the rate of $40 an hour, but I just stuck to the special offer and had them do whatever they could do. I think their price was high. I would probably not use them in the future.

Angie's list approached us to offer a big deal and required us to have an hourly rate, we had to come up with a rate that would allow us to make at least 5.00 for job after the hours keeper are paid as they make 50% and are paid well Angie's list made 25%. We normal charge by the job and if you were to ask any of our references they would tell you we are quite affordable for a company that carries the expense of being licensed, bonded and insured. Great phone contact prior. Crew called to give eta. Arrived a little early and went right to work. No fuss. No bother. Just the cleaning. Asked questions when needed and kept at it. Thorough job and we've hired them or regular periodic work.

The housekeepers arrived about 10 minutes late. No big deal. They entered my condo and took off their shoes without my asking. I appreciated this. They then wasted no time and went straight to work. I think they did a pretty good job. They were efficient and pretty thorough. However, I don't think they did much better than I could do myself and the reason I get a housekeeper is to have someone a bit more thorough than I am. I think they did a good job but I have had a slightly better housecleaning. I was overall satisfied. Now were I did have issue was the manner in which I was invoiced. I got a Angies Big deal and paid $60 for 3 hours of house cleaning. This was paid upfront via the angies list website. When I made the apppointment, I was told that they had to clean a minimum of 4 hours and it was $40/hr. When the housekeepers were done, I asked if I get an invoice and I was prepared to pay the $40 that day. They said no so I just tipped them and they left. About 2 weeks the company left a message on my answering machine asking me to call them back. They then told me I owed them $40 which is fine but I wish the invoicing was a little more organized and professional. When I made the appointment, they should have told me when the $40 was due and how I would be invoiced. Instead, the Accounts Receivable person called me with an accusatory tone in his voice as if I were trying to get out of paying. Like I said I was prepared to pay the day the services were rendered but the whole process was not made clear to me. Overall, I'd say the cleaning job was good and I may use them again but the invoicing process needs to be a bit more spelled out. $40/hr is also a little steep.

The tenants had left the house very very dirty. We had had to do about 8 days of painting to get rid of all the holes, writing on the walls, etc. The bathrooms had not been cleaned well in at least 2-3 years. The company did a good job getting rid of most of the dirt, which was a lot of work. However, they did not get the windows "really clean" nor the floor. My friends and I had to run out and buy windex and paper towels the morning of the open house to scrub more gunk off the insides of the windows. They also did not get all the paint off the floors from the recent painting. They said they were afraid of scratching the floors. I think they are a fine company if you have normal, not extreme, cleaning needs.

Made appointment, they gave me an estimate over the phone. Carpet cleaner came on time. Used environmentally positive methods that included a good deal of hot water, so the carpets took 8 hours to dry. Things look way cleaner. Technician was polite, friendly, efficient.

They did a great job. It was kind of pricey, but it was a "deep clean." They spent a lot of time here and the house was spotless and refreshingly odorless.

It went well overall. The carpets were harder to clean than expected (estimated 2 hours, took over 6), but everything else was on plan.
