We searched for houses from the San Fernando Valley to Santa Clarita to Simi Valley. Over the Period of several months Arshia supplied us with numerous listings in the areas we were interested in. When we found a house we were interested in (and there were many), Arshia would immediately contact the seller to get answers to our questions. If we were still interested in the property Arshia would always accommodate our schedule to show us the property. We finally located a property in Simi Valley and made an offer. The sellers were extremely difficult and unreasonable. However, Arshia handled them very well throughout. Arshia is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and aggressive. We highly recommend that you meet with her before you settle on a realtor, or if you're unhappy with your current realtor.

This was a hassle free experience. We sold a home we'd lived in for 20 years and purchased a new one. We made some initial decisions, talked about it with Arshia and the Roost team and they did the rest. It could have been a very stressful event but it wasn't, it moved smoothly through the process.
