"We have repeatedly reassured this gentleman that we will take care of any mess on his driveway and/or property. We also advised him that the work on the private road is not completed. We are a professional company and we take complaints very seriously. This is a very large job, and we are doing our best to keep the homeowners/tenants happy. We will clean his driveway to his satisfaction. However, our reassurances do not seem to be enough at this point."
