Great service by an honest, helpful guy! Our a/c went out in the middle of a heat wave and he worked overtime to ensure we were taken care of. Have called him out a few other times for work in other units and find Mitchell to be consistently reliable, fair priced, and very kind.

Called on a Sunday. he responded same day and was her at 8:00 AM on Monday. Took care of problem in under an houer.

They were timely, very professional, and friendly. They had also identified an additional problem in the air conditioner. They gave me an estimate and came back another time to fix it.

I was thrilled with the solution.

Excellent! Mitch was able to come out the same day that I called. He checked the various parts of my system...inside and out. He was even concerned about getting mud on my carpet. He's very knowledgeable about these systems and I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Both the air conditioner and the furnace that they put in our house have worked fine. They even came out to do the pre-season checks on them free of charge. It took them about three hours or so to get the old units out and the new ones installed and ready for use.

I would have to say that everything has gone great and there is nothing in place to complain about. I am very happy and I have nothing really to say about the unit. It works fine. I have never had to have them back yet and I am just pleased with it. I would also have to say that the individuals who installed the unit were quite pleasing to the eye. They worked well and they showed much respect around here.

We had many quotes for the job we needed done and found these guys to have the very best price of any quote we received. When they showed up to do the work, I was pretty shocked, as they were early. I thought for sure we would be waiting all day for them. These guys wasted no time and got right to work. They had the new system installed very fast. They made sure there were no gas leaks and made sure we knew how to work it properly. We thought they were very polite.

The workers were not only friendly, they were actually fun to have around and answered all our questions completely. Our new air conditioner works perfectly and is also much quieter when it is running than our old one. I would highly recommend these guys to friends and relatives.
