Pricey, but an example that supports the saying "you get what you pay for", Michael was very courteous and explained the problem very clearly and proposed solutions that made the final repairs more valuable and useful.

Mike and his staff were great. Informative, prompt, NO BS! and reliable. I don't meet professionals anymore with old fashion and simple values...Mike was straight forward, honest and he and his staff got the job done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Turns out that the only problem with my septic was a clogged filter. These guys recognized it immediately and told me where to get a new one for about $50. I thought my entire leach field was clogged. Had it not been for their integrity and honesty,, they really could have taken me for a lot of money. Great guys! I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the immediate response and service I received. Mike and Armando were efficient and handled my septic tank problem very professionally. I wasn't exactly happy with having to purchase a new pump, but I felt that every effort was made to keep the cost affordable. If I have future plumbing issues, I will definitely call Michael Penta Specialists.
