We had a fire the day before Mother's Day. Due to the extreme heat, a piece of cardboard started smoldering, and then caught the wood siding on fire, which damaged the whole front of the home. We were referred to Dana from a good friend of my husbands, who spoke very highly of Dana and the integrity that he has. We met Dana along with our insurance company representative, and He was knowledgeable about the whole insurance process. He fought for us to have the home put back to Pre-fire condition. The insurance company did not want to replace the main frame of the home, but with Dana's knowledge and attention to detail, he made the case to the insurance company that the home's structural integrity was compromised and that it needed to be replaced. All of the things that the insurance company didn't address, Dana addressed with backup from the engineer, and architect. We now have a home that has been brought back to pre-fire condition. I would not have dreamed that my home could look so amazing. I was speechless, which is a first for me! The crews he employs are professional, knowledgeable, and very clean. The work area was cleaned up at the end of every day and the crew was back the next day to finish the work. We had to move out of the home for 2 months, and I told Dana that I would love to be back in the home by the time my daughter started school in August, which was 12 weeks away. He said I will do the best that I can. Low and behold, like Magic, our home was finished a couple days before the start of school which was 2 weeks earlier than projected. We cannot Thank Dana enough for his amazing work ethic, cleanliness, and attention to detail that he put into our home. He is 1 in a million, and we will hire him in the future for all of our construction/remodeling needs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts; you truly are a God send! Wayne and Christine Richter
