Call Before You Fall

I cannot sign praises loud enough for Alex and the Call Before You Fall installation team. Seems like overnight my aging parents were in need of assistance around the house to keep them safe and the rest of us feeling at ease. We had a home assessment with Alex. He was generous with his time. First wanting to hear our needs and concerns and then wanting to see how my parents went about their day in the house from getting up in the morning to then going to bed at night. Alex is very knowledgeable and all our questions and concerns were addressed. Three installers came the following week. They were very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. Always checking with my parents on placement of handrail heights and positions. Always taking into account what would work best for them. We are 110% satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Call Before You Fall to anyone who is looking to aging in place. Thank you!

This company has horrible customer service and scammed me out of money. Had me put a down payment on a ramp and never showed or will not answer. If you like being scammed. Go ahead and try to use them

They brought a 4' EZ Access Suitcase Singlefold Ramp which was exactly what I needed.

A aluminum hand railing was built from our front steps to our front door. The technician, Gary, did an excellent installation. We are very pleased. We first dealt with Alec at the show room and he was very helpful. We would definitely recommend "Call Before You Fall." Ellis F. in Studio City

They are expensive, but they repaired my Acorn stairlift when no one else returned my calls.

Very prompt and responsive. Installed ramp quickly and efficiently. A bit on the pricey side, however, thatâ s what installing ramps with a company costs. Used very good materials. If youâ re handy, you could install it yourself for less, as itâ s not a complicated process.

They talked me into buying a product that was four times as expensive as what I planned on and was not as effective. I did not really know much about what I was doing so I did not realize the mistake I made. Taking advantage of an immediate the past surgical senior who is on heavy pain meds and it is not necessarily to think clearly is inappropriate.
