+ 9 moreIt all went smoothly and timely; 6 weeks start to finish. Tom Lack was very responsive and for the most part anticipated what we needed to know and/or do.
Description of Work: Demo kitchen and family room and coordinate with separate cabinet contractor. Either his direct employees or his subcontractors installed new floors (wood and travertine in kitchen, family room, hallways, and bathroom), quartz counter tops, Milgard windows and slider, paint, ceiling, lighting and electrical. plumbing, new appliances, new fireplace, and new wine closet under stairs.

+ -1 moreIn the end it came out nice. There were some struggles along the way, but Cal Western was always willing to rectify issues and work with us. I just wish that coordination between the subs by the prime would have been a bit better. But they were good folks to work with and did try to do a good job. And to be fair our home had some issues due to settling that made some thing more difficult than they should have been.
Description of Work: Kitchen remodel, paint in kitchen, family room, and living room area, wood flooring throughout except for kitchen and bedrooms.
