I started having more trouble after he left so I called him again. He told me he would call back but never did. While working on the computer he brought a teenager with him and the teen started wondering the house unattended.

Jerry got back to me the same day I contacted him and came out the next day (a Sunday), so I didn't have to miss work. He made a specific appointment time and even arrived a little earlier. He fixed my problems, helped me set up my new printer (OK, I'm a little remedial when it comes to computers) and took the time to explain some settings to avoid future problems. I would not hesitate to call him again if I need additional assistance down the road.

JERRY WAS A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL AS PATIENT AND POLITE. NO PROBLEM WAS TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL FOR HIM. HE GOT US SET UP AND RUNNING, PLUS OFFERED SO MANY OTHER TIPS AND INFORMATION. THIS EVEN SURPASSED PERFORMANCE WE'VE GOTTEN FROM CLOSE RELATIVES IN THE PAST. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FOR JERRY.

NOT ONLY DID HE COMPLETELY FIX OUR MULTIPLE PROBLEMS, HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN DETAILS SMALL AND LARGE TO KEEP OUR COMPUTER FUNCTIONING IN A SAFE, EFFICIENT MODE.
