Seriously I've had bad experiences with locksmith in the past... once someone just took a drill to the door knob and charged me $300 bucks! Not these guys, they were so fast... arrived in less than ten minutes, unlocked the door without damaging anything and charged $82! What a deal.
The inconvenience of locking yourself out the house is so frustrating but these gentleman were professional, kind and all around good people.
When we replace our doors next spring, I will definitely call again to have them set up the new locks!

My experience was great. They had to try and find a skeleton key for an old glass cabinet and they were able to find something that works. They were great.

When he arrived, I told him what I needed and he went right to work.. he was able to fix the dead bolt without having to replace the whole cylinder.

He came on time, let me know the cost before hand, did the work properly and charge a fair price. I've heard of them before but hadn't used them until I saw their good ratings.

This company was the nearest one to our Thousand Oaks home that I could find on Angie's List and it had very good grades. I called them on Monday and left a message to please call back. I did not get a call on Tuesday as I expected, so late in the afternoon I called them again, this time getting a person. After asking questions about the brand of locks and latches and the problems we were having, he set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Another person arrived within the hour agreed upon and very quickly determined the problems and set about fixing them. He replaced the latch and post on the front door, all of the parts on the door into the garage except for the knobs themselves (it was broken inside and unrepairable) and showed me that the lock button on the exterior garage door had been turned to a position that would not allow it to lock. When he returned it to the right position, it works fine. Now all three door locks and latches are like new. He also took time to explain to me that I should squirt WD-40 into the locks every six months to keep them working longer, and to never use graphite, which grinds away metal parts. He was very informative and knowledgeable about a number of things.

Fantastic. The guy was on time, very pleasant, and inexpensive compared to others that I called. He also fixed a few extra things on 4 other door knobs. The guy wouldn't even accept the extra money I offered to perform the extra unplanned work on the 4 other door knobs!

The company was efficient and effective, conscious of saving the customer unnecessary expense from the outset. Because they were concerned that a home visit would be unnecessarily expensive, they asked me to participate in narrowing down the choices for unlocking the cabinet. First, they loaned me some skeletal keys and by helping me to mark them appropriately as I attempted to open the cabinet, we were finally able to open it. Once I unhinged the door to which the lock was attached and brought it in, they were able to devise a key. However, when I returned, the key wouldn't open the side cabinets, so a home visit was necessary. Nevertheless, because of how I had participated, the home visit took minutes rather than hours and a key was devised that opened both the front and side cabinets at an affordable price.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY TRIED TO SAVE THE LOCK BECAUSE I WANTED ALL OUR KEYS TO BE THE SAME THROUGHOUT OUR HOUSE. THEY COULD NOT BUT I AM CONFIDENT THEY TRIED.

HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND HONEST. I WAS JUST REALLY, REALLY PLEASED. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH HIS HONESTY AND NOT TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING HE DID. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DOOR BUT HE DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR ANYTHING. I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM BEFORE ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS AND THEY WOULD BE THE FIRST I WOULD ALWAYS CALL.
