 + -1 moreSteve and his helper were on time, polite, and professional. He explained my options carefully and clearly without trying to "sell" me on any specific solution. When I chose a special order door, Steve's estimate for arrival time and installation were accurate as was his cost estimate. The door was installed quickly and cleanly; Steve showed me the slight problems encountered (door frame out of square). He and his helper left the premises clean.

 + -1 moreON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT, HE CAME ON TIME AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS TRADE. HE WALKED THROUGH MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE DID THE JOB RIGHT THEN. HE WAS EXPEDITIOUS AND FRIENDLY. I HAD ADDITIONAL WINDOWS FIXED.
Description of Work: THE SCREENS ON MY WINDOWS AND DOOR WERE IN BAD SHAPE AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. I CALLED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS VERY EASY.
