+ -1 morePHASE ONE WAS PREPARING THE AS BUILT DRAWINGS, THAT IS AS FAR AS THE PROJECT GOT BECAUSE OF ENDLESS ERRORS, SCHEDULE PROBLEMS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS AND TIME DELAYS. THE DESIGN WORK WAS NOT FINISHED AS THE DRAFTS PRESENTED FOR OUR REVIEW DID NOT REFLECT OUR INSTRUCTIONS.
Description of Work: DREW A SET OF PLANS FOR THE REBUILDING AND REMODEL OF OUR HOME. MADE SURE THE CODE REQUIREMENTS WERE COMPLIED WITH AND THE ENGINEERS AND CONTRACTORS COULD READ HIS PLANS.
