They completed the job in a timely manner stayed on budget and overall kept the site clean during construction. They were professional, stayed on budget and navigated the planning and plan submission process with the city for me which I couldnâ  t understand for the life of me why it took so long for them to just let us start but thatâ  s LA for you. I recently had Adam and his crew build an 1200 sqf adu on my property and Iâ m really happy with how it turned out. From the beginning, Adam was super easy to work with. He really listened to what my wife and I wanted and came up with some great ideas that made the project turn out even better. The whole process was smooth with no big surprises. Adam kept us in the loop the entire time so I always knew what was happening. The quality of work was great. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do. The adu looks amazing and feels solid. the crew was respectful of my property and kept everything clean which my wife and i really appreciated. Overall they did a great job and banged it out in about 8 1/2 months. happy i connected with them and will definitely use them for all my future projects
