Went right to work to find the source of transmitter problem
Had a great knowledge of the product being worked on
Made suggestions to improve problem.by adding new transmitters
Took time to talk about the problems with old transmitters and that the problem might occur again.

The technition came to my home and indicated the fan had a bad receiver and told me they would contact AHS and notify me about the repair. Over a week past and I did not hear from them. I called them numerous times and no one answered the phone and no one returned my messages. I called AHS to complain and they called them and said someone would be calling the next weekday. They called me the second weekday and said they had the part in and set up an appointment for me on friday morning. I stayed home from work in the morning but no one came for the appointment. After an hour I called an no one answered and I left a message regarding my dissatisfaction. No one ever returned my call and now they will not do the work I an entited to have done and paid them for. I will be taking them to court.
