Mike Summers Roofing

Mike Summers is a consumate professional and his work is outstanding! Our roof installation coincided with the installation of a new A/C system and Mike's communication and cooperation with the A/C technicians as well as the electricians who were needed for additional wiring services was fantastic. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate for having been introduced to him and would recommend his services to the most demanding of customers in need of a new roof.

I was very satisfied with him and I have recommended him to several people on my block.  What I liked about him was that he was fair and honest about the roof itself. He stated that we had about 5 years before we would have to do it but he said with the way the weather is out here to watch it and see if I wanted to do it earlier.  We had really bad wind and nothing happened there. I recommended him to my neighbor as well as he had some roofing work to be done.  He is less than 20 miles from me but he goes beyond where I live.  I liked his overall experience he was good at discussing things and cleaning up and doing the work.  He did some peaks on the roof.  The price was about $600 but I asked him to put 3 vents there and that is what brought up the price.  We live in the dessert and so during the summer the air would come out more during the summer time. The quality of work is very good and it looks very nice. He told us that he had another job going on at the same time and though it was just for a day he couldn’t stop to do it.  He gave us a week and he came back. I will use him again when I am going to get a new roof.

Excellent! His estimate was much lower than expected. The roof of the garage was caving in. He was able to take care of bother the bracing inside the garage and the re-roofing in less than two days. This is the second time we have used him. He is reliable and honest and does not try to price gouge you.
