The contractor didn't know how to put down the underlayment for the flooring. Both were put down incorrectly , damaging about 30% of the floor before having to rip it back up and have somebody else to install it. Jesus, the contrator, was irate during the conflict in putting the floor incorrectly. It cost us a thousand of dollars more just to get it fixed and it's never gonna be correctly done. We basically wasted 15000 for a floor with them.
