Brett responded to my RFQ in a timely manner then started the project as soon as I was ready (about 2 weeks after initial quote). Brett was prompt, professional and competent. I was very pleased with his service and performance.

We live in an area where the closest service providers are 60 miles away. Some companies don't want to come out just for a quote. BRG came out and gave a quote. We already had an idea I'd what the cost should be and the quote was in the ball park. The fact that he is a member of Angie's List made us feel good. We accepted the quote. They came as scheduled and did the job in one day. We are very pleased!
