Excellent customer service. Got a written estimate, specifying work to be done and price. We agreed to terms and date, time of service. A professional crew arrived on-time, moved patio furniture and draped it and plants from harm before they started work. It took longer than the crew anticipated (I think), but no complaints. I went out once to ask if they were aware that a skylight had a leak problem. yes, I was told, they 'd been advised of that. Learned later that the crew(s) and owner held daily briefings to go over every job spec. Amazing! What impressed the most, other than the owner, Sean. stopping-by to see how things were progressing, was the attentiveness to detail we found when they left. Every piece of furniture was put in place as found. There was not a scrap of clean-up that was overlooked. Now, if only it would rain for a real test. But, hey, not worried with that 10 year warranty. Highly recommend.

Sean and his crew were punctual, professional, clean and efficient. The flat foam repair estimate was reasonable and the job was completed in less than 1-1/2 days. They were so quiet and conscientious, you wouldn't know that they were here. Excellent job and clean-up!

They were on time for every appointment, answered all of my questions and I had a lot! They completed the job exactly as they said they would in the time they said they would and the cleaned up. The price quoted was the price I paid. I could not be happier with Sean and the team at Guardian Spray Foam!
