It was great. He was prompt in coming out, did a great job and it was reasonably priced. It was $50 for the call, $8 to rekey each lock, $20 for the grill lock and $15 for the deadlock.

Carol Ann was the representative I dealt with - she was on time, friendly, professional, helpful, and worked quickly. I called after hours the night before to leave a message to set up an appointment, not expecting a call back until the next day. I received a call back, that night, within an hr of my original call. Appt. was set for 8:30 - she was right on time and was done in 1/2 hr. She even noticed that our deadbolt lock hole was not deep enough to completely lock the way a deadbolt should, and fixed it. Great experience all around!

National Hardware provided this service at a very reasonable price. They were able to come to the house the same day and were right on time. They rekeyed five locks in about 1 hour and were very professional in providing this service. The price they charge is $50 forservice call and $12.50 per lock being rekeyed. By far the best price of any locksmiths I had checked with for estimates. Will do business with again.
