 + -1 moreI would reccomend them ,but have one payment stashed ahead to prevent late payments.
Description of Work: I was looking for some one to manage my property as a rental.After looking thru the internet and phone book,iI solicited a few via e-mail.I picked the one that had the fastest and most informative responce.I then went to thier office and talked to them.Although the contract states all the ins and outs. The rent being deposited after the 14th of the month still is a problem once in a while.
