We already had the basic structure but the new shade cloth was measured, cut bound , stretched and installed as to make sure the high winds that we endure in this area will not send our structure sailing south again. Valentin did an excellent job and we will not hesitate to have work done by this company again in the future.

We are "winter visitors" in Yuma, AZ and we have a property in the foothills. We wanted some renovations done and we contracted with Westerner Products Inc to do the work. |They dismantled a 12' x 18' patio room and installed a 12' x 42' 6" aluminum awning. While dismantling the patio room they lost control of the structure and it collapsed into our travel trailer putting a dent/crease in the aluminum siding. On January 11th, 2013 they, admitting the deed, said they would have someone come out to look it over. |They then started the excuses and delaying tactics. Over the next two months they had at least three RV repair companies provide estimates and they did not approve any of them to perform the repairs. Then in mid-March 2013 they emailed us to say that we should get estimates from RV shops in our area once we got home. |During the two months that they were "getting estimates" we were always the one that had to initiate communication. If we didn't call or email them we never heard a word, as if they hoped we had given up. |We returned to Yuma for the season at the start of November 2013 and contacted them on the 5th asking what they were going to do about the repairs and their answer was "to start over again with new estimates." We were willing to give them a little time but now another two months have gone by, they have new estimates but are once again stalling and stalling. |Westerner Products Inc is a cold callous company that got their payment on the day after the work was completed on our awning and now they shirk their responsibility for damage done by their employees to our property. |And to top it off, the awning leaks!! There was a major rain storm after we arrived back this fall and we called them because there were massive leaks where the awning they had installed was attached to the main building. Surprisingly, they had a crew out in a couple of days to repair it however we had another smaller rain shower and the awning was still leaking in a few places. We contacted them but have not heard a word back from them. |I would never deal with Westerner Products Inc and specifically Ray Brown the agent we dealt through there. |

Construction was fairly quick and very neat. The spray foam insulation on the interior of the garage was a bit messy with some over-spray getting on the concrete and door but if the stuff stays stuck to the inside walls and ceiling for the next few years, it will be worth it.
