terrible. the plumber was unprofessional and acted like he never saw a sink with one drain. said it was impossible to reinstall the garage disposal with the new sink configuration and that he had to drill into the wall and it would cost an extra $600. i had my own plumber come in and he fixed the issue without any drilling into walls and charged less than 20% of what these guys wanted to charge - and that was on top of what I already had to pay them.

While working with Cesar I was able to get my problem diagnosed, coordinated with my tenant, and resolved. Two subsequent follow on emergencies were also quickly handled by Westar. I am happy with the service and will use them again!

We bought our house recently and assumed it had a clean out as was indicated on our inspection report performed by Cort Bacon of Pillar to Post Inspections. Upon installing our pool, it became necessary to drain a lot of water. And so began the cleanout search initially by our wonderful pool contractor Conrads Pools. Then we called the 1st plumber who looked all around and could not locate it. I called Cort Bacon back out since he indicated he found it a few months prior.He wasn't able to find it! He just checked the box assuming it was there! We called a 2nd plumber who removed our toilet and put a camera down the line and hit a t. He told me to call the city and have them mark the line and he would send us the bill! That's when I finally got in touch with the 3rd and only competent plumber Westar. Blake was resourceful and determined to find our cleanout. After many hours of digging, the main line was found but we didn't have a cleanout. They proceeded to add our cleanout to the line so we finally have drainage if needed. Westar did what 2 other plumbing companies couldn't or wouldn't do. We were so impressed with Westar and cannot recommend them enough! They have our business for as long as we are in Yuma!

Not good. No one showed up at the appointed time; I had to call the office. To their credit, they sent a technician right over. Technician read the manual for a few minutes, then announced the entire unit was bad and would have to be replaced at a cost of $1200. I excused myself to consult with spouse. When I returned, technician said he had and quot;made a mistake on the priceand quot; and it would only cost $900. I said we would think about it. I called the company and asked for a quote that broke down the price by parts and labor. Here is what they sent:
Current Problem: Water Softner has a stuck head.
Scope of Work: Water Softner replacement.
Total Price: $900.00
I then contacted a different company who found the main problem was, literally, a loose screw in the control gearing. Also a little wear in a valve assembly. $50 for their service call, $80 or so for the repair. All fixed for $130. I'll write off the original $75 service fee as the cost of the experience.

It went fantastic!!!

I had a huge mess, y sewer line was backing up. They were able to come out and fix the problem within an hour of calling. I was very impressed.

No leak were found in the yard, but the plumber ended up fixing a program on a lawn watering system -- something he wasn't even called to do. The plumber was at the house for over an hour and did not charge for the service. I will definitely use this plumber again. In fact, he is installing a new Easy Water System in my mother's home soon.

Gave an over the phone estimate of $75.00 to install a new kitchen sink faucet and shut valves, if installation took less than one hour. It took 1/2 hour to complete. Did not clean up. Spigots wre on backwards. Charged $150.00. Workers did not respond to question as to why it cost twice the estimate. When I noticed spigots where on backward and called reponse was to blame manufactuerer and tell me to fix it myself. Told me I would to call another day to find out instalation why cost twice the estimate. When I called was told person I needed to talk to was not there. He (or she?) was never there and did not return phone calls. This used to be a relaible plumbing service, but clearly is now dishonest and does not do quality work. Will never use again.
