I would use them again because they were accommodating to work with. They painted the entire inside common areas and portions of the outside. They were careful and they did a good job. They were courteous to the residents and they helped us a lot. If we wanted something they were very accommodating. The price must have been good because we first got a price for the inside and then hired him for the outside.
