At first, I really liked the services.  Chris is a very respectable businessman and very polite.  Unfortunately his work load forced him to hire more people who didn't quite share the same work ethic and attention to detail.  After about a year of using his services, during the beginning of summer, I notiiced the services halted.  I quit paying the monthly fee after the first month.  He called and asked about the payment, and I explained the situation and that I assumed the services had stopped.  He appologized and assured me they hadn't, but that he had hired some new help.  He also told me that he would make sure that he supervised it and he came by the next day even though it wasn't the normal day.  I paid him at this point, and thought everything was good again.  After a few weeks, the problems started again.  Algae set in and there was debris throughout the pool that lasted for weeks!  Again I quit paying.  I was frustrated because I felt he had only promised to collect the money for the past month.  A week or 2 later, I received a voicemail saying that he still hadn't received the current month's check, and asked that I get it to him. Then another month started.  Within a few days, I started receiving phone calls while at work to my voicemail, demanding payment. 
I didn't hear from him after that till January.  Suddenly, while in the hospital with a dying family member, I received a call from a work-associate of mine, whom he attends church with, on his behalf, demanding the back payment for the 2 months back payments. 
Save yourself the headache!  The first couple months are great!  He is wonderful as a one time or occassional use maintenance service.  Beyond that, his services are FAR less than desireable!
