charged 40.00 for emergency service, which is cheap considering I live as far east as you can get in Yuma.

They showed up on time and got straight to work. I was able to ask questions while they worked and they gave me alot of info about the system i have and how to take care of it. I have never had a pool before so this information was very valuable to me. When they were done with the work, they showed me how to clean my pump filter since my system does not have a backwash attachment and they also gave me a complete run-though of each part of our system. The time they took to repair the pump and the cost were spot-on and the bill was exactly what they quoted which was fantastic (they did not charge extra for the time they stayed to walk me through the system). They did not talk down to me as others have because i don't know much about pools, they were helpful and patient with my questions. I have hired them to take over my pool cleaning weekly and this has really taken alot of stress off my shoulders. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone honest and reliable to help them with their pool needs. Fantastic team and fantastic service.

I called multiple companies after having problems with the actual installer of my pool and a follow on pump issue. Alan called me back immediately (while on his vacation) and met me two days later (after returning from another state). He showed up right on time, troubleshot and fixed my pressure issue, and even took the time to walk me through what I had been doing wrong and how to avoid this in the future. The company that installed the pool had given us no guidance, so just his little classes were awesome and will save me a fortune in the future. In the end we had to discuss price. To say I was pleased with a $60 fee for everything he had done would be an understatement. He was very honest, professional and prices his services fairly. Highly recommend Alan and Beckie for either your regular service, or if you need some professional assistance in your pool.
