Working with Sarah Palmer was easy.  She handled everything, start to finish, in a professional and very timely manner.  Sarah, my lender and title company worked very well together.  She brought documents to me so I wouldn't miss work.  I especially appreciate her knowledge of our real estate market, our City and the resources available here.  Her attention to detail and willingness to keep me updated on the status of the inspections and repairs on the home was beyond my expectations.
