My right spring broke on my 18*7 garage door, called the company and the tech was here within 30 mins. Very professional luckily he had the springs in his truck not realizing the garage door was bigger than he was told, fixed it and paid over the phone using my cc. Charge $75 service fee $49 per spring. Fast, punctual, great customer service.
