Excellent service!  Among the top few service calls we have had from any trade in the Yuma area!

My past experience with other service providers has been not showing up for appointments, work not being done correctly, costing more than estimated, attempts to up-sell for services not needed.  Nichols Lock & Key was refreshingly none of these things.  He returned calls and kept us informed of availability and assessment, was able to work us into his schedule in a timely manner, was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly at the appointment, and performed the work requested at a very reasonable price.

I would definitely use Nichols again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith services in the Yuma area.

Excellent Service.  I had called 2 other locksmiths in the area but neither of them arrived for their appointments or called to cancel.  I then found Nichols Locksmith and received wonderful service.  He was able to get out to the property expeditiously and determined that the locking mechanism could be serviced rather than replaced.  His rates were reasonable, communicated throughout the process (I was out of town), was prompt and professional.  One of the better businesses I have dealt with in the Yuma area in any specialty.  I would definitely use him again.

I called several locksmiths and left messages, but did not hear back from any of them. However, Mr. Nichols actually had an answering service at one listed number and answered the phone on a different listed number. He said that he could meet us anytime and showed up when he said he would. He displayed great customer service, and I would call him again for any needs that might arise.

Rented a post office box in 2006. Since we travel during most of the year, our mail is happily forwarded by Kam to us where ever we are. She is great. Always cheerful and gets it right. Best mail service we've ever had.
