The job was performed as promised, but the written warranty is as good as the contractor wants it to be. We had insulated panels installed by Mr Foam on 10-2017 and a storm came thru on July 2018 and blew them all off into the adjacent neighbors yard causing extensive damage to their property as well as ours. When asked about his warranty he said he does not warrant against wind damage. So our Home Owners Insurance is not covering the property damage because after inspecting those panels they were not properly installed with fasteners or any kind. So Mr Foam takes no responsibility to damage incurred to property by the wind. Best recommendation is to check out other installers before hiring Mr Foam

"We did customers mobile roof. They liked it so much called us back to do their patio roof and also painted their mobile. We had a monsoon rain with very high winds. Customer called us during storm we were there within 15 minutes in the storm. Several awnings in their area were lost. It was explained warranty does not cover acts of God. She was given fair price to repair it. We offered to pickup and haul off damaged roof. She said no she wanted insurance to look at first. Ok then she would not return calls. Drove by and saw she had someone else install a different type of roof system over patio only. Next we get received letter from Arizona Registrar of contractors. We met the registrar at job site. Which he determined was not out fault. Home owner said she called him there because she doesn't like us and and will do anything to ruin our company name. Her insurance had PAID for the damages. I do not know of any company that covers acts of God."

arrived on time , completed the job quickly, clean-up was good. It was my own fault that I dib not check with other contractos for prices and better warranties.

Actually it went quite well but someone came out did some prelimanary prep work and then we did not hear for a couple of weeks and all of a sudden they showed up to do the work.

He put on a new roof and it started leaking ten months later. When we called him to advise him of the leak, he told us it was because we did not take off the tile from the flat roof. He did not advise us of this before the project, but he said that he did. He kept saying that it was not his fault and would not fix it if we didn’t pay him anymore money even though we have a five year guarantee. He had a terrible attitude and we will not use his services ever again.

"WE contracted to do flat section of roof. She was asked at time if she would like to have lower tile removed and foamed under she declined. Later she had leak call a different roof company that wanted to lift tile and foam under. When she informed us told her it would break our warranty with us because they connect but we could look at it. A woman months later called for customer because it had never been repaired. We asked to talk to customer herself but she did not want to talk. We spoke to customers niece and found out health concerns and she was going through a lot we told her that we would as a courtesy lift lower row of tile patch under it with no warranty but would retain warranty on flat roof. She didn't want us doing anything that the registrar of contractors was looking at it first. Which they did roof leak was not us. We went head and did repairs free of charge."

The overall quality of the foam used was inferior and the insurance adjustor that looked at the roof stated that the layer of foam was not even and there were some areas where no foam was applied at all. After paying Mr Foam $7,500 to foam the roof I have spent $6,000 fixing the roof.

"Job was for $5500.00 not $7500.00 as claimed. She had leak at time we had earthquake. Which was explained to her. We went and patched roof. We even in house financed her on monthly payments. As far as the rest is lies. We use quality in all our products on all our work. She was avoiding making her payments. Angies list needs to review the truth to all complaints filed on company before posting."
