Started out very discouraging because of the age of my bike. I was told they don't make parts for it anymore. Not a very personable workman. However, he did personaly fix my bike by taking some out of the ordinary measures and actually . re-building the cables for the gear shifter. I was very pleased with the outcome. And the price was more than fair considering the time spent on it and the fact that he didn't just take a part from a shelf and attach it. He actually had to go to some trouble and show his experience to fix it. And he did it all while we were there in the store. I would recommend this store to anyone who doesn't necessarily want to make friends with the proprieter, but who actually wants their bike fixed.
