The next day he arrived with the replacement fan. Taking out the old fan motor was a very time intensive process. Again he removed all the freezer items before taking out almost everything on the back of the freezer--ice maker, panels, etc. He replaced the fan motor and put everything back in place, a two to three hour job. The refrigerator now works like new. I thought he was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problems, efficient in repairing them and careful about making the repairs without much bother. I thought the price was reasonable considering the time spent in doing the repair.
